Are these really the same reports my school will see?
Yes. Every report is generated directly through Turnitin using a real instructor account. The AI Writing and Similarity PDFs you download are the exact same files your school's Turnitin will produce when they submit your paper.
Will my paper be added to Turnitin's database?
No. Submissions are explicitly configured to not save to the global repository. When you (or your school) submit the same paper later, it won't match against itself.
How long does it take?
Anywhere from 90 seconds to 5 minutes, depending on the length of your document. Longer papers take a little more time for Turnitin to process on their end.
Why does it sometimes say sold out?
Each day we can only deliver a limited number of reports. Once that daily capacity is reached, new purchases pause until the next day. We do this so that every credit you buy is guaranteed to be fulfillable within its 24-hour window.
Is there a subscription?
No. Credits do not auto-renew and do not roll over — they expire 24 hours after purchase.
What if a report fails — do I get a refund?
If we fail to deliver a report on our end, the credit is automatically refunded. If a report can't be generated due to the document itself, ie. too few words for AI detection or an unsupported file type, the credit is consumed and no refund is issued.
What file types are supported?
PDF and DOCX only, between 300 and 30,000 words.
